Sure he was inexpensive. So was my cat Sam. He was $35 at the SPCA. There is no difference between an inexpensive cat and an inexpensive turtle, besides the fact one is warm and fuzzy and the other is small and cold blooded. They are both living creatures and I give you a pat on the back for wanting to give the best care for your animal.

 Good News!Sunny was seen by a reptile expert. I was told to heat up the water to 84 degrees fahrenheit. Sunny was given some proper medical attention, and is improving. You could see her in the photos I posted recently in the Aquatic Turtles forum. YAY, SUNNY!!

I hope you aren't listening to some kid at a pet shop! A serious respiratory infection needs antibiotics, not just heat.
