Fresh WC Satanic Fecal 10-20-2006
I floated a FRESH (within minutes) fecal sample this evening and found what I believe to be Entamoeba invadens cysts.
Have a look I'll try to remember the power for each picture. 400x (?) Darkfield 800x (?) Darkfield 400x (definate) 800x (definate) 800x - Magnified with camera ~ 4x

I wish I could inspect my own lizards for parasites like that, and take pics of it to boot! Hmm, so what does this mean for your geckos? Is it something you can eliminate easily?

I'm in the process of procuring some flagyl (metronidazole) to treat them with. It's not easy, just have to stay on top of the hygienics to keep from re-infesting the subject.
