I just skimmed through page 2 and looked at the pictures, that all does look incredible.
(wheels in head turning)
I may just have to find an excuse to try this out, i wonder if my White spotted wall gecko would enjoy this....

It would probably work. But you would need like 50 coats or something to get enough on there. Epoxy would be the easiest route to go and might end up actually being cheaper.
