The $1 a gallon sale is supposed to start 8/26 through September 2.

The biggest tank I've seen there is 55 aga. That's only $55!!!!1!!!!

I don't think it is all of the petco's but definitely worth looking into.

We don't have Petco in Canada(thank goodness from what I've heard) We have Aquarium Services near me and all their glass tanks under 40 gal are always $1 a gallon. Unless they are the tall versions.

why on earth are the tall versions so much more expensive? Its like almost twice the price.

The tall ones are more expensive since they are considered "specialty" tanks, Most people use the standard types. More volume of sales equals reduced price.
Cody how did you find out about this sale. I haven't seen anything about it around here.
Maybe its just a local thing.

It started at the one in town here, and I know it's started in a lot of other places as well. If your looking for a tank, now is the time. 40 gallon breeders for 40 bucks is a steal.

Unless its different in your area, this sale pertains to JUST tanks. If it has the slide lid, or the front opening doors, it will not be discounted.

All you are getting are the "tanks". I don't want anyone thinking that if they show up and request a 40 breeder with the slide top that they get it for $40.00. That isn't what is included in this sale. (At least not at the one around here.)
