I need to make an enclosure to house my adult male Ackie so I can redo the substrate in his enclosure(growing the grass and everything as well)
Hopefully I can do it on Saturday and get done. Won't cost me anything. I got a sample sheet of uv coated plywood from a supplier at work. My plan was to sell the Ackie but all my trades and deals keep falling through. Unlike the guy I bought him from I believe in being honest.

That's the simple one. Wait till you see my office unit. I'm still working on the drawing though. Sometimes I think I love building the enclosures more than the reptiles themselves.

I LOVE building enclosures. The reptiles are like a beautiful accessory that breathes life into them.

I don't want anyone to misunderstand that though. I LOVE my reptiles. lol I treat them just as I do every other animal I own. I talk to them, hold them, and of course, feed,clean,water,etc.

The enclosures, for me anyways, is an outlet a means to display them. I enjoy building the enclosure as much as I do placing the reptile in it.

Unlike a dog or a cat, where you're just giving them a bed and a food dish, for a reptile, you're creating an environment. So every time you buy another plant, or make a background or another hide, you're adding a piece to their world.

It makes you anticipate the next project.
