My son was 8 when we went to our first reptile seminar, he was more patient than I. I would divide the classes by subject. I think you could do 3+ hours on snakes alone! I guess making them topic specific, have people sign up for "Enclosure Building and Housing Needs" and what type of pet they have/want. "Choosing the Right Pet For You." I really don't think you can cover all of the topics in one class- a series of offerings might work and be more manageable.

It would be great for March Break Camps or Summer Camps! Not sleepovers or anything like that but like Day Camps during School Breaks! I would have loved to have that sort of thing when I was a kid/teenager. I would love it even now!

I totally agree with you!!I would love it even now!
You could talk about calcium and if the animal needs a uvb bulb or not I saw a guy at a petstore trying to sell a uvb bulb to a kid with a lizard who dosent need it
