ive found that a cricket still has 80-95 percent mobility with its front four legs thus if I need them to slow down I remove them all. and the cricket can wriggle his way around. Thats the problem with crickets, they evolved to walk withougt their back legs if the need arised so they could escape from predators.

I just was reading your title "Last thing...I Swear" ...please dont think that we are bothered by questions....it is the reason we are here...to help new reptile owners, to pass along new information to any and all reptile owners, new or experienced and to post pictures of our pets to show what a great job we are doing.... so please keep the questions coming...even if you think it is a dumb question...it isnt...oh and I also think feeding in a sterilite container is a great idea... Enjoy!!!
