Need an ID

My sister-in-law called me today telling me that there was a snake at her work. She didn't know what it was but she googled and said it looks like an Eastern Ribbon snake. Anyways, I've never seen one of these types of snakes around here and even looked in a field guide to see if it was from around here, sure enough it doesn't look anything like the snakes we have around here so I removed it from alongside their koi pond because they've already noticed missing baby fish.

Alright, here's the pic of it, if anyone knows what it is, or has any idea then I'd be grateful.

Wow, you're right, I've just never seen a garter like this one around here. Well then I guess I'll be letting it go around here. They only put the darker black with white stiped garters in the books around here.

Yeah, I thought about that after my last post. She is really chubby though. I don't really know if it's a male of female but it's somewhat large for a garter.

Yeah its a garter, most of the garters up here look like that, some are a little more red though.
