either way, i doubt the geckos and tree frogs can tell ifs its a predature or not. all they see is a snake and try to avoid possibly getting eaten.

the frogs and geckos were probably terrified when they first got put in the tank with it.

After reading all this I find this alittle upsetting how this pet place can sell these 2 species together like this? Any opinion I mean I know 2 fish people that work there but they know nothing about reptiles, Does anyone else find this odd? After thinking about it seems kind of rediculous. If I can take some pictures(i can ask my fish buddys) I will post them and show you guys!

So I called the palce and checked on the internet I might still be mistaken about the facts(internet wise). They said the greenr ough snake eats only crickets and worms. They never have even touched the frogs and wouldnt even touch a pinky. Does this sound accurate?

i personally don't find it odd at all actually.

(this goes for pretty much every store, not just petshops) its common for customers in stores to expect the employees to know everything and expect the employees to be perfect in every way and incapable of not knowing something or making a mistake. its as if customers forget that the employees are people just like them. the employees are still just human and thus can make mistakes and not know somehting. chances are that the employee only took the job since s/he just needed a job and really don't know much about what the store sells, where it comes from, and has little control over whats in stock.

Zaroba, customers have reason to expect employees to atleast know a little bit about what they are selling. You wouldnt go to a car lot and find a car salesman that says oh the red one...what kind of car is that again???

I agree Savannah...if you are selling something, you should know something about it!

which is why Im learning all I can . So it may be for these 2! rough green snakes that dont harm the frog. But to me it seems all it takes is one time for that snake to be mad/stressed/hungry and that frog to be in his way... ANyways thanks for answering all my questions guys~!

msh, how many times have you gone to a grocery store and asked where something is to find the employee can't give you an exact location?
or seen something out of stock thier and wonder why its not stocked?

emplyoees rarly know all thier is to know about the store. most companys these days are only interested in making money so they pay employees low wages and that results in the employees not careing enough about the job to make an effort to become as knowledgeable about it as possible.

a car dealership I woulden't include in these statements. the employees make more money, earn commisions, and sometimes have a quota to meet. so yes, they will want to know aboput the cars since they want to sell them, plus, the more they work, the more they sell, the more money they make. unlike in a grocery store/hardware store/pet shop where the employees often earn minimum wage, have crappy (if any) benifits, and earn no commisions, and no matter how hard the employee works, he'll still get the same pay as the slow guy working next to him (or less then him if the slow guy has been in the company alot longer)

who more likely to work harder?
1. a 25 year old working part-time at a grocery store for $5.50 an hour, inside all day stocking shelves, making $150 or so a week
2. a 25 year old working full-time at a grocery store for $8 an hour, inside all day stocking shelves, making $260
3. a 25 year old working full-time in a dealership, is outside in the fresh air selling many cars a week, making $5k-$10k a week

obviously the dealership guy. heck, if working harder meant instant money, i'd be working my butt off to.
