Spinach, Kale, etc |
| This is what our member has to say: How often should be ok to feed an iguana spinach,etc. I know you shouldn't feed it often but does that mean only feed it once ... |

Spinach, Kale, etc
How often should be ok to feed an iguana spinach,etc. I know you shouldn't feed it often but does that mean only feed it once a month, once every 6 months???

Once every week or two should be fine. It just isn't recommended as a daily food.

Thanks merlin. Thats lucky cause my ig is eating everything and seems to quite like the odd bit of spinach.

Variety is the key. Both spinach and kale have good nutritional values. Its just that they have other qualities that negate allowing them to be used as a steady staple.

Yea, variety works best. Spinach as Merlin said, is a once a week deal. Kale on the other hand, my guy loves to death so he gets it a little more often.
