This is what our member has to say: i have a solid acrylic cage that has 4 holes in the top for air...this seems to help alot with humidity for my dragons...you can ...

And you can put the misting system on a household programmable timer that will turn it on and off at specific intervals.
But set it up and run it when you are going to be home to make sure that your settings don't turn your enclosure into a swamp!

You can pick up a cool mist humidifier for 20-30 dollars and the timer will set you back maybe another 10.
A steam vaporizer will run about 10 dollars but cannot be placed in the cage due to the fact that both the emiter and the steam coming out is very hot! You would have to rig up some pipes to run the vapor into the cage.

Since you already have water in the cage you could get an airstone to put in the water. this makes the water move and bubble and increase the humidity somewhat.

do you have any live plants in the cage? They also help increase humidity.
