for mouthrot! jack still has it..and its gotten worse....sally dosnt have it neither does the little guy, thankfully..the meds seemed to have taken care of it lol but I guess I was wrong...oh well..time for round 2!!

I'm wishing jack a speedy recovery. Maybe he just needs stronger meds. By the way what is mouthrot? Is it like what a lizard gets where the gums get swollen and sore looking? My friends iggy had something like that he was going to take it to the vet but then it went away. After awhile it came back and ended up killing the poor iggy. I will say a pray for you and jack.

Thank you . Mouthrot is a secondary illness...i guess that swhat you would call it, they dont get it unless they have something else wrong with them...he had snout damage which lead to mouthrot. His gums arnt swollen too bad, but they are white and his teeth are turning brown/black...theirs a very small amount of pus, lol, ever since him and sally got it the first time I check them both once or twice a week..just to make sure...hes in a cage by hisself now so sally dosnt get it from him...ill post soem pics if I can get him to open wide and say ahhhhh!! lol, thanks again! sorry to hear about your friends iguana

Jack probably needs oral or injectable antibiotics to clear this up this time. If I remember correctly your wd's were getting topical treatments last time, so it's time to move up to more aggressive treatment of the mouthrot. Hope he gets better soon!
