There's a scab on his eyeball? Or his eye is kinda crusty and he's been keeping it closed?

What type of enclosure do you have your Water Dragons in? Substrate? Do you house your Chinese Water Dragon together? A little more detail might give us better insight as to what is causing the eye cap (crust) and snout damage.

I have a glass terrarium but I tacked paper up about 6 inches so they cannot see out...
the enclosure is 50 gallons and as high as it is wide... they are kept together (for now) just until they get alittle bit bigger and then they will be separate. also the scab is like he has a crusty eyelid and can barely open it (he does open it at times) |

What substrate are you using for them? He could have something in his eye or maybe scratch it, which would require it to needing washing out and vet attention.
