I thaw mine until room temp then put it under a heat light for a few minutes. I've never actually timed it but I don't think it takes more than half an hour.

I just put them on a saucer and place them on top of the ig cage. I thaw them till they feel room temp and then use them. When they no longer feel cold to the touch they are ready. The corns, kings and boa have no problem taking room temperature. Occassionally when Magic the Ball python gets reluctant I put it under the Ceramic Heat Emitter for a minute but most of the time he takes his room temp as well.
As Jay said I have never timed it but since I am thawing a dozen or so at a time the time would be longer than for a single one.

i run hot tap water and set them in that for a few minutes - pat-dry them and set them at room temp for another few minutes

typically use fresh killed though (and yes - i ensure death in a humane manner to the mouse/rat and to prevent injury to animal)
