Mites!

It seems that I am combatting mites time and time again. I keep my snakes all in separate enclosures on newspaper. I keep the enclosures clean at all times. I treat the enclosures and the snakes with mite spray every 3 days for 15 days. This seems to do the trick. Then roughly 3 to 4 weeks later they're back. Does anyone have a permanent solution to this problem? Where are the mites coming from?

Re: Mites!!!!

When dealing with mites, its a 2 fold process. Treating the snake is great, but you need to treat a lot more than just the snake in order to rid yourself of the little pests.
