Re: Well my husband asked! LOL

Hi there

Good luck with the new dragon, make sure you post lots of pics when you get

I found this website fantastic for nutritional advice, give it a check

Nutrition Content

We were pretty much like you with Ossie, and gave him lots of time to adjust to us and his new surroundings, and he now rules the roost. Especially when we have visitors, he flips out if they don't go and say hello and tell him is is beautifull.

Good luck and let us know how you get on

I'm sorry to hear you were under the weather for the holidays. May I suggest, you get everything you need first. Set it up and to make sure the temperatures are correct. Then go shopping for your new friend. By the way, asking for a reptile as a presents is cool with me, I got a pair of russian tortoises for my birthday two years ago. LOL

Re: Well my husband asked! LOL

Thanks but thats why I didnt get a lizard for xmas my husband didnt know how to set up the enclosure first.I was just too sick to even go anywhere. And that cluch sold out . But I am back to normal now!
Thats why I researched the caresheets for a leopard gecko and yesterday got everything it needed and today I pick it up!
Its a 3 month old (I dont know its sex) I'll post picks as soon as its settled in.
Its from the same mom and pop store the BD's were.
I had to go to Petsmart for a good undertank heater, mealworms, waxworms. We saw a lizard that was called a "horned dragon" it was adorable very good size, and very alert! It came out of its hide and checked out me and my daughter for about 5 minutes and then turned around and went back into its hide.LOL
I tried finding info about it here but there was nothing that I could find. I even googled it and they had picks of a lizard that looked kinda like my Chinese Water Dragon.
This had a desert setup but it wouldnt be the first time Petsmart mislabeled a reptile so does anyone know what it is?? It was selling for $99.00
And thanks Merlin I ordered the new lights for Lucy They should be here by the 10th.
So now we have a leopard gecko
a 11 mo old black lab puppy
tropical fish
ferret
1 Chinese Water Dragon
dwarf hamster
Hi my name is Gabrielle and I have a lizard problem! lmao
