You will be allowed a signature once you hit a certain number of posts. We do this to help eliminate spammers.

Once you reach the number required??
1)you click on the "My Info" Icon above left. 2)Then under Settings you click edit Signature.

Spike, that option isn't there until they reach the required number pf posts. Once they hit the required number of posts, it suddenly appears.
