rescues are here!

Ok as you all know I am not good at doing this uploading pictures thing so I am going to give it a shot. If you cant find them I did manage to get them in my gallery, The snake is patty and as you can see from the pics that she is in sad shape, Wing is also in there, and Oscar, and lucky the iguana, that is by far not all of them that have been taken from his place but it is a start.

If these work I will explain more about them.

Ok so I did it, it does not look the same as last time I did pics but oh well!
The snake is Patty, when I took her in the 24 hour emergency center, my doctor was not there. She has 6 broken bones in her back and her skin is just hanging off, she was starved, I was told by the man who saw her that her quality of life was 0 and there was nothing I can do for her. Long story short, he is not an exotics vet, But still a good vet, but was not able to do the extensive exam that I want and I want it all documented. Again long story short, I took her home with me only because I have an appointment on Monday with my exotics vet who can and will document all the abuse, and cruelty done to her, then I will have her euthanised. However before I go there at 2:00 I will park my rear on the desk of the humane society with her and make a huge stink and file a formal complaint! She is such a sweet snake and I just cry everytime I pet and talk to her! It breaks my heart that I have to keep her suffering for another day, but I refuse to let her die for no reason!

oh by the way for all who wants to see some other pics of just a few I have from him check my gallery! I have to drop off 4 red eared sliders to the seattle turtle and tortoise rescue today, 2 of which I took from him yesterday, and two of which I got somewhere else that had shell rot and are now fine after months, So that is a small load out of my house and in better care from people who deal with them all the time, I will explain why Oscar is not going there yet later. They are even trying to help me with the iguanas I took ! Yeah! We shall see what will happen as we all know they are the worst to place! So here goes another 4 hour trip again for the 3rd time!

OMG that is horrible, Nicole!! I'm glad she can be put down tomorrow. It's the best thing for her, but as you said: you don't want her to die in vain. So make it count.
I would recommend taking more pics just in case nothing happens with the humane society or the vet's report. Also get copies of all the vet's exam results and keep a file on each of the animals you got from that guy with pics, reports, etc.
I'm glad the turtles are going to get good care and free you up for the other animals. What a tragedy... fortunately I believe that what goes around, comes around (eventually) and that he'll get what he deserves -- hopefully sooner rather than later and with a little help from you!!
Good luck with everything! I wish you a lot of strength!

thats so sad! that guy is such a....lol i'd really like to type it here but it probably wouldn't go over well. anywho...i'm glad you got them out of that situation even though some will be put down. its a shame they had to suffer so long like that. the least you are able to do is give them as much comfort as possible and have them not live in pain anymore. i really really hope that guy gets what's coming to him! good luck!

They are in worse shape than I thought. You sure were not kidding regarding there care. I'm glad to see you finally have them and they can now get the treatment they need.

That's too bad about Patty It's nice that other less fortunate herps in your area have a safe place to go though

I guess I'm still trying to figure out how someone could treat an animal like that. I'm glad you’re there and taking care of them.
