Phew..... Turtles are gone and in a much better place!! His house looks like mine only instead of iguanas everywhere, tanks and tanks of turtles, wow! They are all fat and happy and I even got to hold and see some itty bitty hatched map turles ( I think thats what he called them) wow they were small! So thats a little load off my shoulders because man, those sliders are messy little buggers that require constant cleaning even with big filters!

I see why he cant take Oscar his house is way too small and wow is he ever overloaded! I do have some better pictures of the rescue animals but in order for me to put them on here I have to load them to my laptop and change the size of them then load them on my desktop, so it is a huge ordeal to put pics on here! LOL. I definately have my work cut out for me as I have way too many and am now over my comfortable capacity and hardly sleep!

Yesterday when I showed up at his adoption expo he was so mad that he just astarted piling cage after cage after cage by my van stating "you think you are so great then just take them, take them all" He had more animals that I never even seen before at his house, I have no idea where he was stashing these ones, so I ended up with another leopard gecko, he stuffed three more bird cages in my car, stuffed with cockatiels and parakeets....ughhhhhh.... the two red tail boas Wing and Prayer, Patty, two of the turtles, another big iguana and two small babies that are skin and bones from starving who are doing a little better with some subcu fluids and force feeding, well at least they lift their head now instead of laying there! The bigger one has the same exact burns almost as Baby Dragon and the one I took from his house Thursday night has the same things only worse in almost the same spots, but he is definatly showing signs of improvement with three days of antibiotics and fluids and Uvb and heat, imagine that!..........
The list just goes on and on! There are so many her I had to attach clipboards and postie notes on their enclosures just to make sure I am giving the right meds and care and who they are! I am so frustrated I just want some good ole fashioned woodshed type justice! I am going to have Patty creamated so at least someone loved her at one time! She will sit on my desk at all times to remind me of why I do this and know she was loved, a little too late but she was.....

Believe it or not I have never seen a snake in such horrid condition either i am just so afraid they are not going to do anything at all, but I will do everything I can and I will just make their lives so miserable that someone will get sick of listening to me and do something!!!

Geeze Nicole! That is horrible! Take those pictures with you to the humane society and if they wont do anything call the new stations.
I know a couple of people who may be in the market for small lizards if you need to off load anyone to make room. One of whom is definitely highly qualified to take care of an ill lizard but who's space islimited to about a 20 gallon tank.

Hi, Lacey the geckos already have a home and are gone, hopefully it will work out with them because I definately do not want them back, I do not mean that to be mean I just have too many and I am TIRED! I do have at the moment 1 juvenile ball python, 1 red tail boa, 1 bearded dragon, and baby iguanas ( a ton now!) The only thing that will work for the 20 gallon is the ball python! I can use the placement for any of these. So anyone listening thats from around here pm me if you are interested in any of the above. Those are at the moment the only ones that are ready to go with no health problems! Oh and some psycotic birds (bird rescue is too full, thanks to paul) so now I have the pleasure of headaches, squaking, and bird seed hitting the back of my head when I dont talk to them, LOL

I've never seen a snake that looked like that before! That's horrible. They were incredibly fortunate that you came along and got them out of there. Even if she does die, at least she'll be more comfortable at the end, but now that you've got her, she's got a fighting chance.
