I have a female kenyan that ate probably 2 since I had her. She won't eat frozen. She eats live pinkies, she's just a baby, my male that I have with her eats like a champ. I seperate them to feed, i put the male in another tank becuase I thought that maybe, it stressed her to move her out. Now she's in shed and def. won't eat. Any suggestions? Thanks

try waiting about a week after she sheds so she can get settled down again. some snakes slow down or go off of food for the winter. my rosy goes off from about august until february or march. but he's alot older than your sand boa. is she smaller than your male? how long have you been keeping them together? it may help to give a little more info on how they are kept.

I have had them both since the last hamburg show I don't remmeber off hand I have my calendar at work that I write wheni bought everything on. The male eats no problem whatever you do or put him in. My other female is also in shed and she eats frozen and I got her to eat today...actually right now as we speak....i am gonna post a pic of her in a little(the one that is eating)...Thanks

Well I have gotten her to eat,I think she is just going ot be a finiky eater. She probably wouldn't eat because she was about to shed and she wouldn't eat in shed so I waited for about 2 days and she eat then, a pretty big guy actually so, i was happy. Thanks!!
