what size tank is this?

I know stupid question =) but I have a free tank that is going to be given to me...she doesn't know what size it is but gave me measurements of 24 1/2 Long by 12 1/2 wide??? Thanks for the help! I want a 20 L for my leo
but free is free. I was supposed to be getting a 30 or so with a lamp but haven't gotten it yet so I keep looking!

thanks both of you =) It must be a 20 high then bummer, but it would still be bigger then the 10. I don't know..I guess I will take it plus she has a waterfall fountain thing which is cool!

it is too bad huh =) a 20 long would be perfect size...well I guess I will have to see if I get the 30 gallon and lamp like I was supposed to weeks ago...

Ummmm you aren't considering putting a waterfall fountain in the leo tank are you? Waaaaaay too much humidity.

if its 12 1/2" tall then it is a 15 gallon (well actually the math adds up to 16.57 gallons)

if its 17" tall then its a 20 gallon (where the math actually adds up to 22.54 gallons)

so 15 long or 20 tall depending on height...

I'm going to have to say it's a 20 high. Yea its alot better to have a 20L for a leo I have a 20 L for my leo and a 20 H for my baby Jungle Carpet Python right now!

well I guess I have to take what I caqn get for now..it is free, but maybe it will be best not to bother it is a far drive for this tank. I was waiting for a 30 gallon which would be a good size, jus waste for height really...I think I might rewrite the 30 gallon lady to see what is up before I go and get this 20 gallon.
