reptile bloodwork

I'm a vet assistant at an animal hospital the deals with a lot of reptiles, and I brought my Cuban Knight Anole in for some baseline bloodwork last week, just to make sure that everything is ok on the inside. Well, we got the results back, but there weren't any reference ranges with it! Reference ranges give the normal range for each value on the bloodwork. So, our lab said that Armani (my anole) is an undocumented species- no one in the area has ever gotten blood off of one before, so they don't have any normal ranges to give us. We've contacted the local zoo, and left a message with their vet to see if they have any idea what the reference range might be. My question is this- has anyone out there ever had bloodwork done on any of the anole species? If so, I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me which hospital, so we can contact them and try to get some ranges. Thanks for all your help!

You might want to give UC Davis in California a call. They're experienced with a HUGE variety of species.

Here is the clinic appointment number 530.752.1393.

Hope they can help.

You could also try checking out Phoenix, they are who we do all of our testing through. They serve most of Washington so they might have atleast a couple baselines to compare to.
