one of my Bearded Dragons looks like she is giving birth to something, it's red but kind of clear at the same time, not sure what to do. Any suggestions?!?

Has she been breed? Was she gravid? Has she been constipated? It doesnt sound like she is straining to use the restroom and it sounds like it may be the mucous part of the poo with a bit of blood in it.

Tell us her age, your enclosure set up, temps etc.

Maybe it's just some kind of a genitle being exposed. Are you sure that it's in fact a female? Could be the male hemipenis. My female crestie had diarrhea and exposed her genitles a few times.

Is it still outside of the body? If so it may be a prolapse, keep it moist (with KY or some other water based lube) and call a VET! In the mean time before your vet appointment you may try soaking the dragon in sugar water to see if it can reduce the swelling enough to allow the tissue to go back up into the cloaca.
