Once again my apologies for the confusion, it was a long day at work. Now Im curious if there is a difference between a RI and pneumonia, from a vets viewpoint. Haha...time to annoy my vet yet again

trust me i'm calling the vet this morning as soon as they open... thanks for all the info and help.. and I suck a spelling.. the heat is up and waiting for the vet to open.

well the fastest to get him in is tomarrow at 6:30pm. his snoting and wheezzing have nearly stoped but he does have a bit of salivain his mouth. its feeding feeding time today but im going to wait till the vet check him out. think that would be ok????

Absolutely! You don't want to feed and then all the excitement of the vet causing him to regurge.
Missing a meal by a few days won't hurt him. Lets not compound the problem.

I agree with Merlin, you should wait to feed him until after the vet trip. Good luck and let us know how it goes
