hmmm..i've used alot of things...wrapping paper with a jungle theme is nice and cheap, or you can buy fishtank backgrounds by the foot usually at petstores.
I think I might blow up some of the pictures that i've taken to use as backgrounds..it would give them a more personalized feeling....i just had a great idea...thanks for making me think of it!

haha! I'm happy to oblige
I haven't been able to find anything "good" in the pet stores around here.
I need a jungle and desert theme, I'll see what I can come up with...

I'm currently working on a styrofoam background for my Ackie enclosure. We'll see how it looks when it's done(first time) I'll post some pics at HerpHabitats.

I hand painted mine. I just looked up some rainforest photos and tried to make it look something like that. With some fake plants, humus substrate and real branches it looks OK.
Let us know what you come up with!

I like the homemade idea! Could you make a cool collage using pictures cut from a nature or travel magazine on a piece of poster board? Maybe you could find a piece of fabric at the sewing store that looks neat?
