I am Merlin and I am very proud to say I have been part of Herp Center since its beginning, first as Super Moderator and then later as Administrator/Network administrator of the HC group of sites. I live in Oklahoma. I am currently 53 years old, a father and grandfather. I earn my living by making, and selling, Magnetic Therapy Jewelry at different venues, everything from motorcycle rallies to medieval faires.

I am drawn to primitive ethnic musical instruments and play the Native American flute, African djembe (drum) and Australian Digeridoo.

I have kept a variety of reptiles off and on ever since I was a child. (Terrorizing my Mother!) I currently have a Green Iguana, 2 Bearded Dragons, 1 Leopard Gecko, 2 Ball Pythons, 2 Boa Constrictors, 1 Normal, 1 Amelanistic, 1 Snow, and 1 Okeetee, Cornsnakes, as well as 1 Ruthvens, 1 Eastern Chain, and 1 California, Kingsnakes. I also have a parakeet and a cockatiel.

I have been graced with a beautiful lady named Katheryne who has chosen to share my life with me and who, fortunately, shares my love of animals and nature!
