For November we are going to have a picture contest. The theme is "Me and My Herp". The details; we want to see you and your herp friend together. Photo altering is not allowed. There is a limit of one entry per member. The contest will run November 1st until November 25th, you will have then have the opportunity to vote for your favorite from then until November 30th. The winner will be announced on December 1st. The prize this month is a book, Barron's Reptiles, Amphibians And Invertibrates, this is a book that many of the moderators use for reference. Charge up those cameras and let's have some fun.

Aw nuts! Seeing as how I'm here, and my herps are hundreds and hundreds of miles north of me, I'll have to dig through the photo CDs and see if I appear in any of the pics since I can't take any new ones. Hey Dom, you don't still have that attractive picture of me with my gray treefrog attached to my face do you? Cause I think I deleted it. I was just too good looking

My anniversary is Nov 28th!!!! Man oh man...now I gotta beg for the camera EARLY LOL
PLUS I have to figure out how to work the camera AND post the pics! ...this could be a long month! lol

Can your picture be made up, like super-impose yourself into your reptiles viv basking with the dragons or , like me sat on the tree with my chameleon lol, or sat in the dinner bowl of my snake eating

My personal opinion is to only allow genuine photos of owners with their pets. We don't want people experienced with photo manipulation software going up against a youngster with a camera!
Would not be fair.
