Box Elder Bug?

Rex (8wks ish beardy) just mowed down a box elder bug that slipped in through the cracked open tank top.

Seems to be doing okay, but I'm wondering if there are things I should keep an eye on? Clearly, I fixed the top first thing so that it was closed completely, but does anybody know if it's poisonous to dragons?

Help?

Re: Box Elder Bug?

I would definitly keep and eye on him. I know nothing of bugs, lol. The only bug I know that can kill a Bearded Dragon is a lightning bug.

Re: Box Elder Bug?

He should be fine. However, I wouldn't make them a part of his regular diet as I don't know what effects they would have in larger amounts.
