BD with swollen pouch - UPDATE
We took our BD to the vet yesterday.......still don't have any clear answers. The vet was not able to extract fluid from it and the tissue bled easily and was necrotic looking. So probrably is a tumor of some sort. We are giving it antibiotics in case it is an infection. The vet is consulting with some other vets because she has never seen anything like it before and will let us know. Thank you to all who responded
