A solution of bleach and water will work, make sure you wash out all the bowls and hides. I don't know what you are using for substrate, but if it isn't tile I would switch to paper towels for a while. You will want to clean out the cage every couple of day for the next little bit.

A big box with holes in the lid? A plastic storage bin (ditto on the holes)? The bathtub with the door shut?
Be sure to really rinse well after using bleach, and to get all the fumes out. Chlorine is bad stuff, though it kills microbes and parasites really well.

What type of parasites are you talking about? If it is mites you need to strip the cages and all furnishings must either be sterilized or thrown out and the cage thoroughly cleaned with a solution of 1 part bleach to 5 parts water. And rinse the cage thoroughly before you return the animls to it. Keep the cage furnishings to a bare minumum, bowls, hides and paper on the bottom till the infestation is controlled.
A good soak in the bathtub will also help to knock down the populations on the animal. That would be agood thing to do while you are cleaning the cage.

Sounds like your going to need some help. Wrap the Bearded Dragon in a towel, place the syringe to the side of his lips and just squirt a little bit, once he starts licking, shoot in the rest.
