They are better off alone and so are you starting with only one Bearded Dragon.
A year or more later you can buy another and introduce them. At that time you will already know the desired sex of Bearded Dragon #2 (you might have changed your mind about breeding then) and you will have the necessary knowledge you lack now to monitor their relations and interaction.
Besides, dealing with that kind of problems (dominance, territory, social hierarchy, bullying, etc) with adults is much less worrisome than with babies or juvies.
