I show both teachers who will be going the Holes project with me at school and they both are excited. We ended up taking a 3 week project and turning it into a 6 week project so the students could learn more. The Yellow Spotted Lizard research project is going to be about a week long. I have planned the chat room on the last day so the kids should have some idea of what they are talking about. The new date will be Friday April 7th. During the day students will be on line the following times (all Eastern) 8:55am- 9:40am, 9:50am-10:38am, 10:45am-11:36am and 12:10pm-1pm. Would anyone be available during these times? I can also schedule an evening chat, but will have to work that one out. Thanks for all your help!!

Thank you!!! This is getting exciting.... The kids are going to flip- first thing out of their mouth will be Mrs. Boyd you don’t allow us in chat rooms….
Just remember the type of kids you will be dealing with. These are students from an alternative school. They haven't made the grade in a regular school setting due to behavior, missed day, not passing classes, etc. These are kids who usually learn by doing. We will be dealing with 7th, 8th and 7th-12th special education. Word will not be spelled correctly etc.

Okay - have to work out the GMT times for this chat lol If it is a sociable hour for me in the UK, then you can count me in by all means. If I am tucked up asleep, I hope it goes great for you
