Hello,
I believe it was nature taking its course as well. I plan on taking pictures of the varying organs, etc. as I progress through the necropsy. I think identifying and labeling the internal organs would be both interesting and educational for others.
I am going to do some research on Dragon anatomy. I would be going in blind for several of the organs. If I do have the ability to locate and isolate the cause of death, which I doubt, it would at least help to understand what had gone wrong with her.

Sorry about your loss, Rich.
Be sure to weigh and measure each organ as well, this may give insight into cause of death.
