Help Please!!!
ok I have 3 Bearded Dragons around 7 months old. When I first got them I use to leave crickets in the tank over night. i know big mistake. So one day the little b******s ate a little chunk of one of my berdies tale. So then after a couple days it turned all black and feel off. So never made the same mistake. But now 6 months later I find that 2 out of 3 of my lizards have the same little marks on its tail? And I never have crickets in that tank because I have a feeder tank. So now im wondering why my beutifull dragons have a messed up tail. If there anyone thats had this problem please let me know or wat can I do or something....

Occasionally Bearded Dragons will nip at each other, It is possible that they are bite marks. Do you know the sexes of them? Males can get territorial.

I also would suspect that they are biting each other. You need to separate them. Baby Bearded Dragons are notorious for jumping on any moving object assuming it's food.
I am seeing a lot of babies showing up in pet shops that are missing parts of tails as well as feet and sometimes even entire legs.

It could be but I highly doubt it because there always basking together and theyve really attacked each other. I think an animal sneaked in the tank and did it.

Around this age they reach puberty. Signs of their sexuality become more and more evident every day. Unless you have 3 females, you should separate them as soon as possible and even with 3 females, they are bound to struggle between them just to create a social hierarchy. Nevertheless some are very aggressive and must be kept appart.
With males, they will fight for territory and for any female nearby.

Just because you see them piled up basking together doesn't mean that they haven't been biting each other.

I agree that at that age they should be seperated, especially if you have more than one male together. Most Bearded Dragons are used to eating live food and if they will attack possibly mistaking a move body part for food. I also suggest not feeding them inside of the enclosure.
