Seems you are doing fine but there are far more experienced people here to give you their opinion.
I would just point out a couple of things.
- Playsand: a lot of people don't like it because of the risks of impaction. There is plenty of posts about this subject on the forum.
- If she is done with the growth sprout phase, maybe you could/should cut a bit on the crickets. A lot of people don't feed crickets everyday to their Bearded Dragons, being adults or juveniles like yours. Some give crickets every other day and some just 2 or 3 times a week.
- Related to the previous point, maybe veggies in the early morning and crickets when you arrive from school would give her plenty of time to digest breakfast and lunch and start eating first thing in the morning and not those all day warm and soft veggies.
- You don't mention it but I suppose you supplement her diet with calcium and vitamins.
