Re: Lost My Bearded Dragon

Want to thank you all for your kind wishes and helpful suggestions. I wish I could have found you guys under better circumstances, but I am glad at any rate. Well, i believe we lost my Bearded Dragon because he was old. I will always remember the good laughs that he gave me. I am still up in the air about another Bearded Dragon, probably. I do have other animals:
3 red eared sliders
2 cats
3 dogs
1 dwarf hamster
3 goldfish
and of course my female Bearded Dragon
thanks again for your help

So sorry to hear about your Bearded Dragon. It's always difficult losing a herp. Hopefully you feel better soon. Your little guy is in Bearded Dragon heaven.

Jacko,

I'm sorry that you found us under such circumstances too, but now you have joined us know that you will have all the support and friendship you need. This is a great forum and we are all here because our herps are the most important things to us

It sounds like your dragon did just die of old age, and had a good life at 7 years of age, but it's still hard to lose a much loved pet. Think of him when he made you laugh though, I'm sure he is some place better. And good luck with your girl. Can you post any pictures? We'd love to see them both, and help you moarn the loss of your beautiful boy.

I hope you enjoy it here and continue to visit.

BTW, I merged your posts so that they were altogether in the relevant thread so that it didn't get too confusing.

Dear Jacko...
so sorry to hear of your recent loss..

I have always 'been owned by ' Iguanas, but was thinking of getting a bearded dragon.

Can you give me some details of bearded dragon 'slavery'???LOL

I have all the uvb/lights/ habitat..etc.
I've heard they are 'nicer' to humans...is this so?

Thanks in advance...
