I need some help.
I looked in my Bearded Dragons cage today and she was sitting in her water, I didn't think anything of it, but I looked in on her a few hours later and she was still sitting in her water. I think she sat under her basking light for about an hour today but the rest of the time she has been sitting in the water, I'm a little worried about her. She has been eating regularly so I don't know what's wrong.

Hello,
Has she defecated recently? That is also a sign of impaction or constipation. Has she been with a male recently? Is it possible she is gravid?

Check for mites! My dragon had mites when I first got him, so he spent alot of time in his water, once I cleaned him and his enclosure up he stopped sitting in his dish.

My Sparkie sits in her water, she sits in her food bowl, she finds the darndest most uncomfortable looking positions to sit in!
Go down the list of all the husbandry checks you have been given and see if anything clicks.

Temp range on the hot side is about 105 and the cold side is about 85.
She is the only dragon that I own so she has no contact with others.
She is pretty regular so I don't think she is impacted. I don't think she has mites, but how do I check for them?

You would know if she had mites - at least external ones, as they are easily seen. Sometimes ours just sit in their water bowls, or across them,. like Merlin said, they sit in the most uncomfortable positions! I really wouldn't worry - i doubt this is cause for concern.
How big is the enclosure she is in? And what are your night time temps? Cool end should be around 75-85f, and a larger enclosure obviously allows for a more variable temp gradiant. She may just have been cooling down or chilling.

Her enclosure is 2 feet x 2feet x 4 feet. The temp stays around 75-80 degrees at night.

2' x 2' x 4' length x depth x height?? That's a tall enclosure for a dragon. How old/big is she? Honestly, I really doubt you have anything to worry about - just because they are dessert dragons doesn't mean that they don't like the occasional bath
