OK, I got Vegas temporarily set up in a 30 gal. tank until next weekend when I get his 50 gal. My temps are finally where they need to be and I though all was good. In the evenings right before I turn out Vegas's lights mosquitos and other little unwanted insects get into his cage and of course he eats them at least some of them. His new enclosure will have a canopy over his lights with a finer screen keeping the bugs out, but until then what can I do to keep them out?

Set up a bug zapper somewhere near? Or sticky tape? Not really sure...just make sure there are no lightening bugs getting in there!

No problem, thanks for your response but I doubt I will ever have another pet set up where anything can get to them. On the up-side the enclosure I was working on for Vegas is finished and is a home for a friend's new Bearded Dragon. I am currently reading a lot about geckos I may look into crested geckos a little more.
