I gave mine three drops of mineral oil when baths and tummy rubbing didnt work and he went the next day. i had him on newspapaer but it turns out he had eaten some hair probably when I let him run around on the floor. i dont know how much I would give a younger one maybe one drop if nothing else works.
are there any wet spots on the paper towels maybe he's going and then eating it? gross I know but i've heard of other animals doing it

Great news! I just went up to give him a bath/belly masage. The moment I stepped in the room I could smell a dull smell. There it was, fresh and new poop waiting on the papertowel to be cleaned up lol! YAY! No more worries! Thanks everyone for your help!

I noticed he was letting out a liquidy stringy like white substance a couple times in the water. Probably sperm. I know it's not a problem though.
