Rhonda, I'm sorry I just realized I never answered your question.
I've only had 2 up til now, but in my opinion....they are as individualistic as normal Bearded Dragons. My male (who thinks he's a regular beard) is pretty laid back, loves to cuddle, swim and preferred greens over crickets when younger.
My female was outragously mean towards people and other dragons, from 5wk old (when I got her) until she became gravid. Now she's a doll, towards people anyway. She has always been extremely active and ravenously attacks anything given to eat, even while laying her eggs....she would stop, come out, eat, bask and then go back at it. And yes she's been tested for parasites....negative
I'll let you know as I compare the hatchlings (normal & rankins), behavior and development.
