Hi all, one of our Bearded Dragons is gravid. I am so excited. She is about 10 months old.
How many lizards can one expect? I know it is possible for none but what are the average amounts?
Also, how many times will she lay eggs?
Any advice would be great.

They can lay anywhere from 1-5 clutches from one breeding with as many as 25 eggs or as little as 10 eggs per clutch. 10 months is a little young to be breeding. You do know with each breeding it shortens their life span. She also needs to be seperated from the male.

Thanks for the info.
I know she is a little young.
We weren't really planning the mating.
I thought they would only mate after she reached at least 12 months.
She has recently laid a second clutch. 1st was 16 eggs 2nd 12 eggs.

I have a female that had her first clutch at about 16-18 months and she laid 28 eggs. Shocked the heck out of me.
