Hi, I was searching around the internet and came upon a forum where someone was selling their babies after they hatched, and someone else said they had to have a license to sell bearded dragons in their state. . .I was wondering if anyone knows if this goes for GA too and if so, how would you go about getting a license? If anyone could help I would REALLY appreciate it, as I think I want to get into breeding Bearded Dragons as a full time job!

Contact your local Fish and Wildlife. In Flordia you need a Class 3 liscens to breed and sell them. Other states I am not sure about. Just call and find out.

You cant make a living doing this fulltime. You would need to have other projects as well and have a huge facility. Babies do not sell for much unless you have some off the wall morph. I did it as a hobby because I enjoyed it. But I can assure you with 72 babies at one time, I sure didnt make any money.
