Their affectionate nature is what attracted me to Bearded Dragons in the first place, having met one in person a few years ago that loved to cuddle on my shoulder. I'm so glad to be reassured that Loki's not just an evil little bugger. I can't tell you guys how helpful this forum is, because I'm constantly thinking that Loki has to be abnormal with all his eccentricities, and it's so good to know that he's just your average picky guy.

Hey, at least your not chasing a water dragon up and down numerous branches, in and out of water tubs and then around your room! My girlfriend has a Bearded Dragon though, those things can haul!

Water dragons are quick, that's for sure, but you can tame them too. Mine will crawl right up my arm when I put my hand in his tank. He used to jump from my shoulder to the floor but he wouldn't run off when he did that, probably because it hurt and he realized he just make a dumb mistake. Now he doesn't do that. He DID try jumping off my head once, which is even higher, but I caught him.

And if you're chasing him around his tank then it's probably best to leave him alone.
