I'd like to touch back on the UVB if you don't mind. The post is still fairly recent anyway...  .
Xburner...If your fluorescent tube is more than 6 months old and you do not have access to a UVB meter to test it, than it's in serious need of replacement. The ZooMed Reptisuns have been known to last for over a year, but some do not. The UVB decays in all UVB sources and using the "brown on the end of the bulb" is nowhere near accurate. The UVA will still put forth the light we can see, but as Merlin said...you can't see UVB.
