Some glamour pics
Here is Aeryn during her last photo shoot on the 12th of February. The sun started to shine in, so we took the opportunity to get some special lighting shots.
She's starting to turn green now too, but I'll post those pics when she's made the complete change.
Thanks for looking!

I am not one for snakes, but she has some beutiful coloring and markings. I like the effect the sunlight gives the pics. Very nicely done
Thanks for sharing them.

Thanks Angel.
At the moment she's in the process of changing from banana-yellow with red markings to deep green with blue markings: so she's somewhat of an olive-yellow with lavendar markings right now.
I really liked the way the sunlight reflected through her eyeball.
My husband, ChondroDoc deserves the credit for the pics; I just post them!

Hi Donna!
It's been a while, huh? The Green Tree Python's are my husband's. We have two that we picked up last summer. Crichton is 1.5 years old and Aeryn (here) will be one year old on April 1, 2006.
They are just gorgeous and wonderful snakes.

I love GTPs. Probably one of the prettiest snakes I've seen. I wonder though if there's a snake that stays looking like the one you have there. I love the baby colors. (They change color to green right?)

Some gtps (ie. Biaks) and some designer bred ones can be almost any color. They are usually born maroon or yellow and then change but it's never 100% sure how much yellow they will maintain.
Check out Greg Maxwell's site: http://www.finegtps.com/index.html for some of the possibilities. Check out "The Collection"
