Our new chondro babies

Martin just bought 2 more "Sorong" chondro babies . They hatched the 14th of March in Germany. We imported them into Switzerland yesterday (The paperwork was a nightmare!)
They are feisty little beasts but seem to be settling in well so far.

This is Selmak: I'm guessing female, because of her personality (nasty) but we will have to wait a year or so to find out for sure. The picture isn't brilliant, but the best we could get without disturbing her too much:

Here is Lantash. Could also be a female, but I'm guessing male. He was mellow in the afternoon but got really feisty in the evening. (He's my favourite of the two -- I just love the markings on his head.) And both babies look like they'll have a nice blue stripe like their mother.

Here are the parents: first the mother (She has a nasty temperment and we were warned not to get too close. I love her blue stripe, though!)

And the father: excellent disposition. (Not a brilliant pic, but captures his curious and outgoing personality!) He has some nice blue too!!

Hopefully the babies will either both be female or one male and one female. That would be ideal. Martin's got some breeding plans in a few years!!

Thanks for looking! (PS -- names were taken from Stargate SG-1 characters: LOVE THAT SHOW!!!)
