Out of curiosity

Is $300 a good deal for a green tree python? I'm not 100% sure, but I think it may be a adult. I know a guy that's had a pair for sale for a while now, and nobody will buy them. They started out at $800 a piece, then dropped to $400, and now $300. The enclosure is $200. I just assumed that if they started at $800 and dropped to $300 that maybe it was a really good deal. So tempting....I wish I had money, lol

But ferrets need a lot more time than a python. You don't have to feed a python every day, and if it gets loose it won't annihilate the room Plus what if I bred them! I could gain all my money back Blah, but I haven't $600 to blow on a pair of snakes anyway.....I think.....but....but....

I know a breeder that sells Juvs for $400-$800 each so $300 is not bad especially for an adult.

If I could breed them.....it's very tempting. Thank God I'm a procrastinator. I'll probably just sit around and keep an eye on them. Maybe they'll go down even more, lol.

Then of course there's also the matter of this ball python that needs a home cause the owner can't keep her anymore. It's a free snake too....
