Not sure about the one that is on the home page, but if you click the Quick Links drop menu,,its the first item in green.

I have been trying to condense the site to the best of my abilities. That meant using dropmenus as a means to hpouse all of the info. lol The quicklinks will hold the normal links you would use regularly.
