I was blessed to have had my relationship with Fran go back many years. He was one of the best people as well as being one of the best herpers I have ever known and was always willing to share his enormous fountain of knowledge with anyone who asked. He also had an outrageous sense of humor and was just as free with it.

He will be truly missed both here at HerpCenter as well as in my life. I send my thoughts and prayers out to his daughter Becca and the rest of his family. He is now without pain and in a better place.

Fran, you are free now my brother, ride on!
Just try not to leave tire marks on the Rainbow Bridge!

I can hardly see for the tears in my eyes, but I want to say that Fran's kindness, dedication, and caring were evident from the first day I "met" him on the forum. I'll miss knowing that you're there, Fran.

May he rest in peace, never really knew him..knew of him more like..i'm sure he's up in heaven with all the reptiles he could wish for.

I didn't get to meet him also, but I also feel horrible about this, may he rest in peace.

I didn't know him but I'm very sory to hear this.

Fran had shown so many of us newcomers a kind and compassionate source of wisdom. He was always willing to help with a genuine and caring spirit. His kind words of encouragement and witty sense of humor will be missed by all that read even one of his posts. God bless. Our prayers to Fran's family.
