Hello,

I have one final headache to deal with in regards to our current host. When we received the hosting packages, they register the domain name for you. I have sent out emails to both of their support contacts for them to transfer the domains to my account for removal from their systems.

I have contacted John (HC's attorney) and he has documented their "contact" phone line. lol He tried to call 6 times throughout the day to get this taken care of and not once was the line answered.

I have their fax number as well. They use it for credit reports. I will be sending them 3 faxes later today with the domain transfer request and the 4th fax will be to notify them that if we do not receive confirmation that this is being taken care of, we will follow through with a negligence lawsuit and file with the Better Business Bureau for incompetent business practices and fraud.

I hope they take care of this quickly just so I can be rid of them. At the same time, I would love to sue them. I can't stand these people.

I will have all of the domains listed to "Herp Center" within the next 36 hours. I have contacted "Dot Registrar" which is who registers all domains for SuperUsers. Trevor at DR was a big help. I purchased everything with Herp Centers credit card so I have physical proof of ownership. (and payment) Trevor asked for me to provide proof of purchase and he will override the SU hold on the domains and enter my info for me. As a legal step, he needs to send them an email and give them 24 hours to respond.

I forwarded everything he needs and then some additional info. (I keep everything on file. I am a neat freak like that. lol)

So, it would seem that this will all be sorted shortly. lol

I am not sure why you are asking which domains Jayr when you already know that all of the sites are on different servers and each has its own Domain name. lol But, to answer your question:

Sorry about the confusion Rich, but by the way your post reads, it looked like you will be "pointing" all the sites (different domains) to HERPCENTER....which confused me... You know I am aware of all the sites, but the phrasing made me wonder if we were rolling them all together somehow...

I will be pointing them to Herp Center. We have a VPS account which means we pay to host ourselves. I have 100% control over the server we are on. I can add things to the server itself, tweak the server, etc.

Once the domains point to these sites, and someone runs a "whois" query on one of our domain names, it will read that we are being hosted by Herp Center.
